We match the trip to the right driver and vehicle - accessible, child-seat equipped, or standard - and confirm the pickup window.
Pickup with care
Driver arrives in the window, assists the rider into the vehicle, and confirms departure to whoever needs to know.
Drop-off and follow-up
Driver hands off the rider at the destination and lets us know - caregivers or coordinators get a delivery confirmation.
