How booking works

Three steps from request to drop-off.

The shape of every trip - whether it's a one-off appointment or a recurring weekly route.

Share the pickup and drop-off, date and time, and any accessibility needs. Online or by phone - whichever's easier.

We assign the right vehicle and send you the driver's name and ETA in a confirmation message.

Driver arrives in the window, assists the rider as needed, and you get a notification when they're safely delivered.
